Features of Crane Trolley
1. The push trolley and geared trolley allow easy installation.
2. For trolleys with a load capacity ranging between 0.5t and 5t, trolley adjustment can be done by rotating the threaded hanger shaft.
3. For trolleys with a load capacity between 10t and 30t, adjustment is possible by turning nuts from one side for the geared type and from both sides for the push type.
4. Crane Parts cast iron wheels with universal tread design to allow usage on the flat or tapered beam flanges.
5. Short headroom design with precision sealed lifetime-lubricated ball bearings assure smooth operation.
6. Durable, all-steel construction with standard safety lugs
7. Geared trolley has as standard the 10ft-long hand chain drop.
8. Both the push trolley and geared trolley meet: ASME/ANSl B30, OSHA, NASA-STD-8719.9, EU Directives: 98/37/EC, ATEX rated II3 GD c IIB 50º C X for limited use in hazardous environments

2. Beam flanges are available in capacities from 1/2 through 5tons. Beam flange widths are adjustable in 12 inch increment.
