Product Introduction of Double Girder Overhead Crane

The calculations of Gantry Crane structures will be in accordance with the FEM booklet 3 – Design Stresses in the Structure. Eurocrane Crane Parts will provide the calculated girder deflection with rated load and trolley at centre of span and shall also indicate the amount of parabolic camber to be built into the girders. All mechanism components will be designed adequately against failure due to fracture, crippling, fatigue and excessive wear. The calculation of the mechanism components will be in accordance with the FEM booklet 4 – Design and Choice of Mechanism Components. Welding of the structural steels will be executed in accordance with the AWS D14.1 – Specification for Welding Industrial and Mill Cranes.
