1 Ton Suspension Crane Kit

1 ton suspension crane is very suitable for the warehouse need to loading light objects but without much place.The objects can be lifted to the position very close to the ground of plant with our suspension crane.The structure of suspeded crane is similar to an overhead crane ,but also has significant difference. Overhead travelling crane need brackets to support it while the suspension crane can be directly installed on the roof of plants without brackets to save space and spare all the plant space for production.Suspension crane kit contains all components except main girder, which includes hoist (electric wire rope hoist,electric chain hoist),power supply system (such as electric control cabinet,festoon cable), end carriage and travel units, control system(crane pendant,crane remote control) and etc.

Painting

Total film thickness 180 mm, detailed painting specification as below:
Primer: epoxy primer, film thickness 60 mm;

Intermediate paint: epoxy thick lacquer for medium lacquer, film thickness 60 mm;
Top coat: polyurethane topcoat, 60 mm thick;
